Lectella is only available to adults aged 21 and over. Members confirm their age on signup, and the age requirement is enforced through moderation review. Accounts found to be under 21 are removed.

We use identity and liveness verification to confirm that members using Lectella are real people, that profile photos match the verified individual, and that one person controls only one account. Verification data is processed by trusted identity providers and is never used for advertising.

Every profile is subject to review by our moderation systems and team. We check that photos are current and represent the verified member, that profile content follows our Community Guidelines, and that no commercial, sexual, or transactional intent is present. Profiles that do not meet these standards are not approved.

• Escort services, sex work, adult services, sexual services
• Sugar arrangements, paid companionship, or any commercial or transactional intent
• Solicitation of money, gifts, investments, loans, favours, paid meetings, or off-platform commercial arrangements
• Sharing explicit, pornographic, illegal, violent, or sexually commercial content
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive behaviour
• Impersonation, fake profiles, or use of another person’s photos
• Any use of the platform by anyone under 21

Members can report any profile, message, or behaviour that violates our Community Guidelines, directly from the app or by emailing support@lectella.com. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Accounts found in violation may be suspended or permanently removed at our sole discretion, and removed accounts are not eligible for any refund.

Lectella does not arrange, supervise, or take responsibility for offline activity between members. Any interaction outside the platform is initiated voluntarily and happens at each member’s own discretion and risk. Members are encouraged to meet only in public places, share plans with someone they trust, and report any concerns to us.

Identity verification data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Lectella does not sell personal information and does not engage in cross-context behavioural advertising.
