Refund & Cancellation Policy

We keep this simple.

Digital Service Delivery

Digital service access is delivered immediately after successful payment, subject to account eligibility, moderation, and availability of the platform.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Lectella does not store full card details. Your card statement may show “Lectella” or a similar descriptor.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time online in your account settings. You do not need to call, email or speak to anyone to cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access until then.

No Refunds for Unused Time

All subscription payments are final except where required by applicable law. We do not issue refunds for unused days, partial months, or any remaining time in your billing cycle after cancellation. By subscribing, you confirm that you understand and accept this refund and cancellation policy.

Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, your subscription may be paused or cancelled. You can update your payment method at any time to restore access.

Account Closure by Lectella

If your account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription time.

Billing Questions and Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at support@lectella.com. We respond to billing inquiries within 2 business days and resolve verified errors quickly. We ask that you reach out to us directly before initiating a chargeback so we can help you faster.
